I've sat in more rooms than I can count where everything looked fine on the surface — passionate people, clear goals, lots of talent.

And absolutely nothing was moving.

Not because people didn't care. Because nobody was equipped to say the thing that needed to be said.
Nobody could identify the true source of what was actually blocking them.

The misalignment lived in the walls. In the silence and glances. In the “meeting after the meeting”.

It never resolves on its own.

I built Boundless & Co because I became obsessed with what happens in those rooms.

The way a whole organization can stall because one conversation hasn't happened yet. The way a founder can be doing everything right and still feel like she's running through sand.

My work is simple, even when the situation isn't:

I hold a Master's in Organizational Change from Northwestern and conflict resolution certifications from Cornell. I've spent over a decade alongside Fortune 500 companies, global nonprofits, and mission-driven leaders and founders like you.
