I am the founder of Boundless & Co., where I serve as a sought-after leadership coach, culture consultant, philanthropist, and trusted advisor to global leaders and organizations.
I earned my Master's in Organizational Change from Northwestern University, a top 10 institution, and hold a certification in High Performance Leadership from Cornell University. With over a decade of corporate experience, I've had the privilege of working with major entities like Hour Media and leading leadership and organizational culture initiatives for renowned clients including Hilton, Disney, ADM, and Blue Cross Blue Shield.
I've also collaborated with numerous hospitals, banks, and universities worldwide.
Yet, what truly fuels my passion is partnering with mission-driven leaders who are dedicated to making a positive impact. I've served on multiple Boards and consulted with not-for-profits of all sizes on an international scale.

I’m obsessed with meeting new people, seeing new places, and experiencing new cultures. I’ve been to over 25 different countries - Delta, you’re welcome - Hubby, sorry I love you.

You’ll pretty much always find me with a coffee in hand, a Spotify list playing and googling to find the nearest Mexican restaurant.

I have a miniature golden-doodle named Harvest who is scared of water bottles and squirrels but knows how to cuddle 10/10.

A born and raised California girl, I moved to the Midwest to be closer to family and now call Detroit home. (Pray for me December - March).
